We practice regenerative farming — a holistic approach that treats the farm as a living ecosystem. Instead of depleting the soil (as conventional farming does), regenerative practices build soil health over time. Here's what that means in practice:

• Highly charged compost — we make our own nutrient-rich compost on-farm using natural plant material
