I love to use this oil pull. I used to have another natural brand but Heart Tone Botanicals’ ingredients are more superior to the brand I used before. It really helps to keep my gums healthy, detox the whole month and cleans my teeth! The only improvement I would make is a measuring mechanism so you just get the right amount of it every time.
