Are your products really organic?

We go beyond organic. Our farm is 100% pesticide-free, insecticide-free, and herbicide-free. Organic certification actually allows certain approved pesticides — we use none. Our key botanicals (aloe vera, moringa, neem, sour sop, mango, papaya) are grown on our own natural regenerative farm in Vero Beach, FL.

What does "natural regenerative farming" mean?

Natural regenerative farming treats the farm as a holistic, living ecosystem. It goes beyond organic standards by emphasizing soil health, biodiversity, and the natural rhythms of the environment. No synthetic chemicals of any kind are used.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all Heart Tone Botanicals products are vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and use no animal-derived ingredients.

Is your toothpaste safe for children?

Our Living Crystal Toothpaste uses hydroxyapatite instead of fluoride for remineralization. Hydroxyapatite is non-toxic and safe if accidentally swallowed, making it suitable for all ages. However, as with any toothpaste, children should be supervised while brushing.

What is hydroxyapatite?

Hydroxyapatite is a naturally occurring mineral that makes up 97% of your tooth enamel. When applied in toothpaste, it fills microscopic cracks in enamel and promotes remineralization — essentially rebuilding your teeth naturally without fluoride.

What is DMSO in your pain balm?

DMSO (Dimethyl Sulfoxide) is a natural compound that enhances the penetration of active ingredients through the skin. In our Dual Rescue Rub, it helps deliver pain-relieving botanicals deep into muscle tissue for faster relief.

Do your deodorants contain baking soda?

No. Many natural deodorants use baking soda, which can cause irritation and darkening of underarm skin. Our Bioactive Deodorants use arrowroot and tapioca starch for moisture absorption — effective without the irritation.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
